All quiet on the Paris front 9-8-15

I guess we're just in a quiet stretch here, today we started the day with a trip to our markets.  We have been getting down to bare cupboards lately and it was time.   Marketing usually begins around 11:00 and takes us until after noon to finish, at which time we come back home and have lunch ourselves. Today was no different in that respect and we had a lunch in the sunshine out on our little deck next to the kitchen.  We had planned to get out right after lunch but the time slipped away in a bit of reading and a bit of internet and the next thing we knew it was after 3:00.  We did however get on the bus and ride down to the 11th arr. close to Bastille where we had a bit of a walk.  Another marketing chore, organic honey at good prices, then ultimately back to the apartment for a quiet evening.   I think we may be resting up a bit before the arrival of nephew Patrick and his wife Barb.

They will be with us for close to 2 weeks after which we embark on our trip with Mel and Marlyne Preusser to the Lot.  We're still trying to firm up plans for after we leave them and go to Martigues then our trip back to Paris.  So the next few weeks will be 'action packed' as they say.  Tomorrow we plan to have a day out so stay tuned.
